Liability Agreement

 

In order to register for a program on this website, the following liability agreement must be accepted:  Members agree that their participants skate at their own risk. Members will not hold Kenora Skating Academy and its officers or employees or the Kenora Recreation Centre responsible for any loss or damage sustained through injury to the skater or others skaters on or off the ice and/or other liability loss, damage or expenses incurred as a result of the skater's membership in the Kenora Skating Academy.
