 CanSkate Element Events

 

Element events are held at the end of each CanSkate session (December and March).  These nights are a fun way for all CanSkaters to showcase their newly learned skills.

 

Includes all skaters registered Tuesday and/or Thursday nights.

 

Ice Show

 

We traditionally hold a year-end ice show for all skaters from PreCanSkate to StarSkate/CompetitiveSkate annually in late March/early April.  This year's show will take place on Friday April 5, 2024

 

Competitions

 

StarSkaters may choose to compete in the following compeitions 

  •  Super Skate - Star 1- 5 - Winnipeg - Nov. 23 & 24, 2024

  • Gordon Linney Open Competition - Star 5+ - Winnipeg - Dec. 14 & 15,2024
    •  
  • Fort Frances - Star 1-4 - Fort Frances - Jan. 25, 2025
  • Winter Blast - Star 1 - Gold - Killarny - Feb. 8 & 9,  2025
  • Thunder Bay Opens - Star 1-Gold - Thunder Bay Feb. 28 - Mar. 2, 2025
  • Manitoba Provincials - Star 1 - Gold - Mar. 7-9, 2025

 

StarSkate Assessment Days

  • Assessment Days for Star 1 - Gold will be ongoing throughout the season
